it looks like a haircut one of my friends got as part of his lacrosse initiation! the poor first years got interesting haircuts they had to keep for an entire tournament [one was entitled chemo and had patches missing randomly, another the outline where his entire head was buzzed except the outline, this one was called the friar!]
Jesse loves to joke around. So, I "joked" with him. This is half-way through his last haircut, I said he was done and he thought it was hilarious!
